By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

 

Liability

One World Anchor shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service.

Each tutor is a volunteer and is independent of the One World Anchor. We are not responsible or liable for any interactions between the tutor and the student. ​Parents of the tutor and parents of the student are responsible for monitoring the interactions between tutor and student. While we do our best to prescreen our tutors, participation in our tutoring program is at your own risk.

 

User Agreement

​Parents of the tutor and parents of the student are responsible for monitoring the interactions between tutor and student.

​You must be 14 years or older to teach, and you must get parental consent to tutor. By signing up, you guarantee that you are of age and that the information you provide us through the sign up form is valid and truthful.

Students must be enrolled in school. By signing up for a student, you (the parent) guarantee that the information you have entered into the form is valid and truthful.

One World Anchor has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

 

Tutoring Session Policy

Requested session lengths can be for a maximum of an hour long, although final length is subject to the discretion of the tutor. ​

We suggest that you book lessons at least 2​ days in advance to ensure the tutor is prepared.

 

Privacy 

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our policies. We collect data from you when you sign up and voluntarily fill out the form to become a member. We use these information to facilitate the service we provide to our members. We do not sell any of your data.

 

Data Security

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please note that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security. Participation is at your own risk.
